You know exactly what you’d like to change about yourself.

You know what you don’t like about yourself and who you don’t want to be. You can easily give me a list all the ways you’d like to feel and think and believe different about yourself.

That is not the problem.

The problem is that you don’t know exactly who you want to be instead besides some general ideas of wanting to feel more confidence, liking yourself more and feeling more inner peace.

All good but do you know exactly what that new you is like?

What you’d think, feel, believe?

Detailed, concrete, specifically?

As long as you’re hooked into who you are now, you’ll always return to it.

UNLESS you hook yourself into a new version of you.

Which is, dare I say, the real version of you.

But you can only hook into that new identity if you know exactly what that new identity is.
